Costco - One of the best value investments - just don't buy it

Costco stock is one of the best value investments there is with them doubling revenue in 8 years. But, at the current valuation it is over priced

There was a surprise to the upside with Costco’s latest financials. I had to push revenue projections as well as future earnings per share projections upward. This adjusts everything upward, and as you can see in the chart above, COST stock has moved upward since the latest financial release. But, I also see an economy that will moderate to the downside with a growth rate that is lower. I do not believe most companies hit their revenue projections in the coming quarters because of a slowing consumer - owed to higher interest rates. Overall, I see the stock market selling off once the reality hits.

Costco stock is one of the best value investments you can get your hands on. However, considering the future of the economy and the stock market, you would be able to buy COST stock at a lower price in the future.
